The Juise Box Foundation was created in memory of Justin Fusselman - Known to many as “Juise,” he was a self taught painter, professional tattoo artist, and graffiti visionary whose creativity lit up the streets of Arizona. His sense of humor, unmatched talent, and deep love for his daughter left an indelible mark on everyone who knew him.
Justin was building something bigger. He poured his soul into his clothing brand Heavy Sauce, creating all of the artwork on the clothing himself. His dream was to inspire others - to prove that no matter your path, your art and ambition could make a difference.

But in 2020, at just 29 years old, Justin became one of the 80,000 lives tragically lost to accidental fentanyl poisoning in the United States. Today, drug overdoses take over 300,000 lives globally every year - a number that only continues to rise. These people aren't statistics. They are sons, daughters, parents, and partners. Addiction does not discriminate. And neither should compassion.
The Juise Box Foundation was created by Justin’s family to carry forward his light by fighting to save lives still in the dark. We are a harm reduction nonprofit providing life saving supplies, overdose prevention tools, education, and access to immediate treatment for those struggling with addiction.
Every Juise Box handed out is a message of hope, a second chance, and a step toward healing.
Every donation helps us reach one more person battling addiction before it’s too late.
We provide practical harm reduction care (clothing sponsored by Justin "Juise" Fusselman's brand, Heavy Sauce, Narcan, fentanyl test strips, and other supplies) along with direct connections to addiction treatment for people who are actively using across the United States. In partnership with Vanguard Behavioral Health in Portland, OR and Albuquerque NM, we help individuals immediately enter into care when they’re ready.
Our outreach teams work the streets of Oregon, Arizona, and Colorado to deliver Juise Boxes to those experiencing homelessness and connect them with housing resources. We also supply boxes
to individuals leaving residential programs to help reduce overdose risk during this vulnerable transition. And to honor lives lost, we memorialize loved ones by featuring them inside our boxes in order to keep their memory present in every act of care.

The Juise Box foundation was created by a group of individuals that have been involved in the recovery community for over a decade. When opiates began to take over our community, we started to lose people we loved. A few years after fentanyl arrived, the recovery community was in a position that it had never been in before. We are now fighting this every day in every way imaginable. Loss has become something that we have to live with, not work through.
As a recovering addict myself, I try to impress upon people how much of an affect addiction can have on a person, a family, an entire country. We will do everything we can to bring quality care to those that need it most. Please contact us to get involved and see how you can help.
